Developed by National Forming Systems Inc. and manufactured completely in North America, Galvanized PROMAX Wall Form Panels speed up construction with their simplicity of assembly and versatility of components. PROMAX is considerably easier and faster for use than conventional panel formwork systems.
Due to the inovative tie hole design and middle tie hole positions on the panel surface, contrary to the positions on the perimeter of the panel with conventional systems, PROMAX technology reduces labor time due to the optimized number of tie points. In addition, the centrally – arranged tie hole positions result in an even joint and tie pattern, both vertically and horizontally.
Promax panel sizes
With available standard panel sizes, any design of wall formwork is possible, as panels can be joined together in any direction. Filler pieces are available for precise formwork measurement.
With planned arrangement of panels and uniform pattern of tie-hole points, surface visual appearance of finished concrete is achievable.
Sterling Wall Forms are made from galvanized Steel Frame, faced with 18 mm HDO Plywood, coated with reinforced Phenolic Resin, attached to the frame with wide course screws on the back side, eliminating concrete imprint of screw heads.
STERLING Wall Form System is designed for Concrete Pressure of 80 kN/m2.

ALPAN Wall Forms are a new addition to the already existing assortment of National Forming Systems Inc. wall forming material. ALPAN Wall Forms are light weight compared to the size of the panels, 22 kg per m2 and high strength, allowing easy and fast hand set installation on a job site. This new panel wall form system gives contractors more options when assembling panels in large gang form structures and allows easy dismantling upon completion.
ALPAN Panel frame is made of high strength aluminum alloy with members welded together using robotic equipment in order to maintain standard quality of product..
Hand Set Option
ALPAN Panels can be assembled as a wall form with the hand set method; placing panel next to panel and installing connection wedge clamps in order to assemble a wall form ready for concrete placement. Also dismantling of ALPAN Wall Forms could be easily performed without the need of crane assistance.

Only three main elements: ALPAN Panels, Connecting Wedge Clamp and Ties.
Crane Set Option
ALPAN Panels are assembled by hand into a large wall form and as such it is lifted by a crane and flown into position for concrete placement. The sizes of ALPAN Wall Forms depend only on the capacity of the crane.
Ingenuity of Tie System
With the central positioning of tie holes on the panel it is required that the ties are always placed in, mistakes of forgetting to place plastic plugs on tie holes not in use are eliminated, as is often the case with other similar systems.
Fast and Accurate Assembly
Unique configuration and shape of the extrusion members of ALPAN Panels allow attachment of 190 Aluminum Beams for accomplishing a perfect strait wall form and ultimately superb strait concrete wall, eliminating the possibility for deviations between panels as it is the case with other similar systems.
Simmetry
Arranged imprint on the concrete surface upon dismantling of ALPAN Panels gives a nice and symmetrical raster appearance.
NFS Gang Form System is an advanced crane set wall form system consisting of:
WH-750 Aluminum Strongbacks, 7 ½” Aluminum Beams for walers and accessories designed to simplify and reduce labour time for set-up and removal of forms.
The result is an economical, lightweight and versatile gang form system, that significantly speeds up production and provides high quality concrete finish.

OSCAR One Side Wall Forms are the efficient and economical solution for supporting concrete that is being poured against existing surfaces, such as excavation banks, rocks, walls and similar structures.
Manufactured from aluminum and steel, each brace can be man-handled during assembly of an entire One Side Wall Form Panel.
Each One Side Wall Form Brace has a Leveling Jack for easy vertical adjustment of entire panel form. Vertical member, H-750 Strongback, permits attachment of Lifting Lug and Catwalk Bracket.
