ALPAN Wall Forms are a new addition to the already existing assortment of National Forming Systems Inc. wall forming material. ALPAN Wall Forms are light weight compared to the size of the panels, 22 kg per m2 and high strength, allowing easy and fast hand set installation on a job site. This new panel wall form system gives contractors more options when assembling panels in large gang form structures and allows easy dismantling upon completion.

ALPAN Panel frame is made of high strength aluminum alloy with members welded together using robotic equipment in order to maintain standard quality of product..

ALPAN Wall Forms are used in two different ways:

Hand set option

ALPAN Panels can be assembled as a wall form with the hand set method; placing panel next to panel and installing connection wedge clamps in order to assemble a wall form ready for concrete placement. Also dismantling of ALPAN Wall Forms could be easily performed without the need of crane assistance.
